Inocente is a fine classic from Jerez made in the most traditional way following the criaderas and solera system. The must, made from grapes from their vineyards in the famous Pago Macharnudo, is fermented in American oak barrels and then aged under a flor veil for more than eight years. The result is a pale straw-colored wine, very delicate and sharp on the nose with clear notes of its biological aging. On the palate it is light at first, opening up with amplitude and freshness and leaving a pleasant persistence. It is recommended to take it cold (8º - 10º C.) as an aperitif.
Pairing: It is recommended to take it as an aperitif and with all kinds of tapas, soups, seafood and fish.
