
The distillerie De Port au Prince, founded in 2018, brings back to Haiti the production of a rum distilled in an artisanal Muller's Bain-Marie Still. This rum, produced from ancestral technique using cristalline sugar cane syrup boiled on high heat as it was in 1800s, is a blend of 25 barrels aged in original ex-Caroni casks.
