Pellegrino Marsala Superiore Garibaldi Dolce is the classic sweet style of Marsala.
It is produced from the indigenous Sicilian varietals Grillo, Catarratto & Inzolia & aged a minimum of 2 years in oak casks.
It has an intense amber colour with aromas of intense, persistent dried figs and hints of plum. On the palate it has a rounded taste with sweet and honeyed notes and hints of dried fig.
It is made by using traditional wine-making methods with fermentation taking place in stainless tanks and then ageing in oak casks for at least 2 years.
